Responsibilities
Staff Support & Process Optimization
Support internal teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Streamline processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Collaborate with staff to improve workflows.
Implementation and support of company systems for internal staff.
Technology & Data Management
Use PowerBI and Microsoft Office for data analysis, reporting, and documentation to optimize business performance.
Internal management and efficiency of operating systems, such as Scarlett, Salesforce, Finmo, Kajabi, and more to enhance workflow automation and efficiency.
Strategic Operations & Growth
Monitor key performance metrics and provide insights to leadership.
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance productivity.
Support scaling efforts by improving operational efficiency.
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Proven experience in operations management (preferably in a mortgage, finance, or real estate environment).
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate teams.
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into action.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Technical proficiency in PowerBI, Finmo, Salesforce, Excel, Microsoft Office, and Scarlett is an asset.
Job Details
Permanent, Full Time Position
Compensation:
Starting at $90,000+ base salary based on experience
Comprehensive Health & Dental Benefits Package; premiums 100% paid by BRX Mortgage
3 weeks (15 days) paid vacation
Eligible for the Gain Share Program
Eligible for the Employee Stock Option Plan
Location:
Must be eligible to work in Canada
Fully Virtual
Laptop will be provided
Must have sufficient internet access for this position
Schedule:
Monday – Friday; daytime shifts; some exceptions may occur
Specific hours agreed upon with successful candidate
