Responsibilities
Update lender rate sheets on the Agent BRX Portal.
Review and verify mortgage supporting documents for completeness and accuracy on Rookie, Intermediate, and Deal Desk files, ensuring they reach broker/funded complete status.Â
Coordinate with agents to gather necessary information and resolve discrepancies in documentation.
Ensure compliance with mortgage regulations.Â
Communicate effectively with agents regarding application status and address concerns.
Update Submission Coaches and Zoom Coaches on file progress.Â
Monitor and track application progress through the fulfilment process.Â
Identify and resolve issues that arise during mortgage fulfilment promptly.Â
Refer any material changes to the approval back to Submission Coaches for review and approval (e.g., changes in income, down payment, loan amount).Â
Complete signing and compliance packages for Deal Desk files.Â
Provide regular updates on conditions for Rookie, Intermediate, and Deal Desk files.Â
Communicate with lender partners about outstanding conditions and documents.Â
Update Salesforce with outstanding conditions and document statuses.Â
Provide exceptional customer service to agents throughout the mortgage fulfilment process.Â
Report any issues or concerns to a supervisor.Â
Coach Rookie Agents and submit documents to lenders on their behalf.Â
Manage deal flow and maintain funding ratios with lenders.Â
Collaborate with team members to improve the Underwriting Department and business processes.Â
Offer legally sound advice to agents that adheres to mortgage regulations.Â
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
2-3 years of Mortgage Fulfillment experience is required.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Underwriting and Fulfilment process, including familiarity with A, B, and Private lenders' policies.Â
Ability to simplify complex fulfillment concepts to coach new agents.
Approach work with professionalism and maintain strong verbal and written communication skills.Â
Strong grasp of the English language.
Strong typing and computer skills.
High level of discretion required in dealing with confidential matters.
 A valid mortgage license in one the Canadian provinces that BRX Mortgage is licensed in is an asset.
Experience using Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and Finmo is an asset.
Post-secondary education in a related field is an asset.
Previous coaching experience is an asset.

Permanent, Full Time Position
Compensation:
Starting at $50,000 - $60,000 base salary based on experience
Comprehensive Health & Dental Benefits Package; premiums 100% paid by BRX Mortgage
3 weeks (15 days) paid vacation
Eligible for the Employee Stock Option Plan

Schedule:
Monday – Friday; 8 Hour shifts
