My greatest strength is I think fast and like to be proactive to prevent problems from taking form or snowballing. As an example, I like to schedule closings on Thursdays to give us an extra business day just in case! I excel at cultivating relationships in a variety of industries to give our clients options. Above all else, I like to be prepared and organized.
Experience:
I have experience with both the A and B sides. I have dealt with FTHBs and PPIs and have experienced fraud cases. We discovered fraudulent income early in one of my first files and were able to prevent the individual from succeeding. I learned a lot about verifying documents during that file!
As far as products, I have experience with purchase plus improvements, self employed individuals, single income earners, but enjoy endlessly conversing with BDMs to discover new ways to assist our clients.
