My biggest strength is my ability to multitask and work under pressure. In this industry, this is crucial as things can change quickly while working on a file. I remain calm while problem solving to get the file to broker complete.
Experience:
I have been a licensed broker since 2019. From March 2021 - June 2023 I worked as a Senior Administrator and then Underwriter at the Appraised Financial Group. I have been solely licensed under BRX since July 2023 as a broker.
The products I am most familiar with are bank statement programs, reverse mortgages, private mortgages, and A & B lending products.
